Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description: Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team based in Den Haag, NL. This is a full-time entry-level position with no required experience. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for helping our customers with their inquiries, providing them with excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assisting customers with order placement, product inquiries, and account management. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Providing product recommendations and upselling when appropriate. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and independent personality traits. 2. Strong decision-making and people management soft skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
