Job Description:
As a Remote Contact Center Associate at Catawiki, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance and support.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and accuracy - Provide product guidance and support to customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery - Update customer records and databases accurately - Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues - Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting your colleagues and sharing best practices
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and drive results - Demonstrated leadership skills - Excellent time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluency in English (additional languages a plus) - Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Flexibility to work non-traditional hours as needed
