Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Associate at Joolz, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This role will require a passionate and energetic individual who is able to effectively communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and providing product information. Additionally, you will need to display persuasive skills in order to upsell products and services to customers.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and emails - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns - Upselling products and services to customers - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to optimize customer experience

Requirements: - Passionate and energetic individual - Demonstrated creativity and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
