Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Talpa Network is looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is independent, energetic, and looking to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively - Providing information about products and services to customers - Processing orders and updating customer accounts - Working closely with other team members to ensure exceptional customer service - Analyzing customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement - Cooperating with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide follow-up to customers

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
