Job Description Quooker is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes. 6. Maintain accurate customer records in the database. 7. Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience. 8. Take ownership of customer concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
