Job Description:
Bugaboo International is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to work remotely from home. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on problem-solving and negotiation. 4. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information. 5. Document all customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Reliable and passionate individual with a desire to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus, but not required.
