Job Description - Remote Customer Care Associate

TomTom is seeking a Remote Customer Care Associate to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As a vital member of our customer care team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various remote communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services - Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - 3 years of prior experience in a customer service or related role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Energetic with a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Fluency in English and Dutch is required
