Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Synkero is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position located in Den Haag, NL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or related fields and possess a mid-to-senior level of seniority.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, striving for a quick and satisfactory resolution. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for customer care representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge. 8. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong dedication to understanding and exceeding customer expectations. 3. Creativity and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 5. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
