Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Action is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Care Officer to join our team in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience in customer care is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist in training new customer care team members - Meet and exceed monthly customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch - Strong presentation and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Experience in a customer service role is a plus
