Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Care Representative to join our team at KPN, a leading telecommunications company based in Utrecht, NL. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with account inquiries, billing questions, and technical support. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 5. Process orders, refunds, and exchanges as needed. 6. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 7. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Meet and exceed customer service metrics and goals.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. 4. Energetic and motivated personality. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
