WeTransfer is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Service Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This is a full-time, work-from-home position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 3. Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 4. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. 7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service management.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service management. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively. 5. Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. 7. Strong cooperation and people management skills.
