Job Description:
Synkero, a leading technology company based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of issues - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Assist in generating reports and analyzing customer feedback to improve service quality - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proven ability to work remotely and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure - Driven and resilient with a strong desire to help customers - Proficient in using customer service software and tools - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
