Job Description:
Thuisbezorgd.nl, a leading food delivery service in Amsterdam, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. 3. Processing orders and payments accurately. 4. Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues. 7. Assisting with marketing campaigns and promotions to drive customer engagement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence. 5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 6. Hardworking and energetic personality. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Knowledge of sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
