Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Officer at Ziggo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Amsterdam, NL. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3.
