Job Description:
BUX is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in the customer success field, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and retention for our company.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive retention and growth - Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences - Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Analyze customer data to track performance metrics and identify trends - Provide product training and support to customers as needed - Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Proven track record of success in customer success roles, preferably in the tech industry - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively - Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders - Independent and energetic personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication and presentation skills - Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
