Job Description:
As a Customer Success Manager at Scotch & Soda, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our products and services. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to any issues they may encounter. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner - Develop strong relationships with key clients to understand their goals and challenges - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing customers - Monitor customer satisfaction and retention metrics, and develop strategies to improve them - Provide product demos and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the value of their purchases - Work with the product development team to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer success or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
