Job Description - Customer Support Associate

Job Description:


TomTom is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Support Associate to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a full-time Associate level position, the Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role and possess strong decision-making and project management skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems - Provide product information and technical support to customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively assist customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude - Strong decision-making and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
