Customer Support Officer

TransIP is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Support Officer to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Provide product information and technical assistance to customers - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong presentation and teamwork skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
