Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Royal IHC is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Officer to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in developing and implementing customer support strategies and processes. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Work on special projects as assigned by the Customer Support Manager.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table. 5. Proven track record of successful customer service experience. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.


Personality traits: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Adaptable to changing work environments and responsibilities.


Soft skills: 1. Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 2. Ability to innovate and think outside the box to solve customer issues.
