Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Damen Shipyards Group is seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Assisting with customer feedback analysis and reporting

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong project management skills - Excellent analytical skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English and Dutch
