Ultimaker is seeking a reliable and hardworking Live Chat Manager to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our live chat support system to ensure seamless communication between our customers and our team.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of live chat agents to provide high-quality customer support through our live chat system - Monitor live chat conversations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Analyze live chat data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement training programs for live chat agents to enhance their communication skills and product knowledge - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company policies and procedures - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat support to continuously improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or live chat management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data - Proven track record of managing a team and achieving performance goals - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Experience with live chat software and CRM systems - Knowledge of customer service best practices
