Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Chat Support Officer to join our team at Protix in Utrecht, NL. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. In this role, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Resilient in handling challenging situations with customers - Strong people management and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat software and other customer support tools
