Online Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

Fastned, a leading electric vehicle charging network company, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Online Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates who have at least 4 years of experience in client relations and are passionate about sustainability and renewable energy.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to online client inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues effectively. 3. Create engaging content for online platforms to enhance client engagement and communication. 4. Assist in developing and implementing online client communication strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in client relations. 6. Assist in monitoring and analyzing online client interaction metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 7. Participate in virtual meetings with clients to strengthen relationships and address any concerns or feedback.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients online. 3. Creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for online client engagement and communication. 4. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and fostering positive client relationships. 5. Proficient in using online platforms and tools for client communication and engagement. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Prior experience in the electric vehicle charging industry is a plus.
