Job Description:
TransIP is seeking a resourceful and motivated Online Client Support Representative to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support to our clients, resolving inquiries and technical issues promptly and efficiently.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Provide guidance and support to clients on using our online platform - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing training efforts
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online support tools and platforms - No previous experience required - we welcome entry-level candidates eager to learn!
