Fairphone is seeking an Online Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Utrecht, NL. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are resourceful, resilient, possess emotional intelligence, and have strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies. 3. Assisting customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary. 5. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with customers. 6. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 5. Proficiency with computer systems and software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
