Online Contact Center Officer

Job description:

The Next Closet is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Contact Center Officer to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be driven, and hardworking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service through various digital platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting. 3. Process online orders and returns accurately and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify and report trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience. 8. Assist with special projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong decision-making and planning skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service is preferred. 8. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
