Job Description - Online Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


LeasePlan is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Online Customer Care Manager to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As a key member of our customer care team, the Online Customer Care Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing all online customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities: - Manage all online customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels such as email, live chat, and social media - Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns and complaints - Identify opportunities to improve the online customer experience and drive customer loyalty - Collaborate with other departments to implement customer care initiatives and improvements - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and continuously improve service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to increase online customer engagement and satisfaction - Monitor online reviews and ratings to address any negative feedback and enhance the company's online reputation


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care or related field - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and resolving customer issues effectively - Proficiency in online customer service platforms and tools - Team player with strong collaborative skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
