Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Vanderlande is seeking a dynamic and energetic Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong presentation and research skills, as well as a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media. 2. Process orders and handle returns or exchanges efficiently and accurately. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues with products or services and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary. 4. Monitor online reviews and feedback to identify areas for improvement and address customer concerns. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all online platforms. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online customer service platforms. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. 5. Previous experience in e-commerce or online retail customer service is a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
