Job Description - Online Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic Online Customer Success Manager to join our team at Picnic in Den Haag, NL. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving customer success through innovative online solutions and strategies. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and that they achieve their desired outcomes.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement online customer success strategies to meet client goals and objectives - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions - Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality products and services to clients - Provide training and support to clients to ensure they are utilizing our online platforms effectively - Track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of customer engagement initiatives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a customer success or client management role - Motivated and energetic personality with a passion for customer success - Strong planning and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Experience working with online platforms and digital technologies
