Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and resilient Online Customer Success Officer to join our team at Bunq in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate-level professional with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our online customers. You will work closely with our customers to provide support, resolve issues, and maximize their overall experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for online customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our online customers - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive retention and account growth - Provide training and education to customers on how to effectively utilize our online products and services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a digital or online environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong time management and organizational skills - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate and address customer needs proactively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools - Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
