Online Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

3D Hubs is seeking an Online Customer Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for someone who is resilient and confident, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Manage customer inquiries and escalations, following company policies and procedures. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer support processes. 6. Assist with strategic planning and presentation of customer feedback and insights.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 5. Experience with strategic planning and presentation skills would be a plus. 6. Resilient and confident demeanor.
