Online Support Assistant

Job Description:

Harver is seeking an energetic and dedicated Online Support Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or online support.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Manage customer accounts and update information as needed - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues - Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Adaptability in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - High school diploma or equivalent
