Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

G-Star RAW is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Online Support Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and be able to demonstrate resilience in handling challenging situations.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various online channels including email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to our online platform and products. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. 4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the fashion industry to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment as needed. 7. Act as a brand ambassador and represent G-Star RAW in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Experience with CRM software and online support tools. 5.
