Online Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Online Support Specialist to join our team at Akzo Nobel in Rotterdam, NL. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence to provide the best support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide online support to customers through emails, live chats, and social media platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience - Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve customer satisfaction - Assist in the development and implementation of online support strategies - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online customer support

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence
