Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Action is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Support Associate to join our team in Eindhoven. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist with order processing and tracking - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
