Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through web chat and assisting customers with any inquiries they may have regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat in a timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues efficiently - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role - Independent and driven personality traits - Strong people management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with web chat platforms and customer service software is a plus
