As the Web Chat Manager at TransIP, located in the vibrant city of Amsterdam, NL, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of web chat representatives to ensure timely and effective communication with customers - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency in the web chat operation - Monitor and analyze web chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of web chat support with other customer service channels - Train and coach team members on best practices for web chat communication and customer service skills - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements in web chat platforms to continuously improve our service offerings
Requirements: - Proven experience in managing web chat operations, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment - Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities - Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities to address customer issues effectively - Excellent planning and time management skills to ensure efficient use of resources - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
