Job Title Senior Project Manager - Services Centre of Excellence Job Description Job title: Senior Project Manager – Services Centre of Excellence At Philips our Healthcare S ervices are dedicated to supporting better outcomes and lower cost of care for customers and patients . We’re looking for a n experienced project manager to join our Services Centre of Excellence in creating and maintaining global services standards and capabilities . Your role: Project manage th e design and build of strategic , global, services capabilities (including processes, tools, competencies and data ) C ollaborat e closely with our Business Process Experts, Project Management Office, businesses, regions and supporting functions (including IT development teams and Quality & Regulatory teams ) Build your project and program management skills in a complex and challenging environment working with large multidisciplinary (and often virtual) teams , while taking advantage of the support offered by our extensive project management community, frameworks and tools You're the right fit if: You have a minimum of 5 years project management experience, preferably in cross-functional multidisciplinary projects . Experience wi th Agile/Scrum or in a regulated healthcare environment is a plus You can bring exemplary organizational skills to manage and motivate global project teams through complexity and ambiguity You have a Bachelors degree and professional project management certification (PMP preferred) . You have demonstrable interest or experience in knowledge management or intellectual property (preferred but not essential) Please note that y our application will not be considered if you are not a resident of the Netherlands.
