Mollie is seeking a dynamic Web Chat Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This position is ideal for individuals who are independent, energetic, and have a passion for helping customers.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through web chat to provide support and answer inquiries - Assist customers with account related issues, product information, and troubleshooting - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize strategic planning and analysis skills to identify trends and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Strong problem-solving skills - Strategic planning and analysis capabilities - Energetic personality and a passion for helping customers
