As a Breakfast Chef in the Renaissance you will be responsible for opening the kitchen during the morning and assisting the guest orders. You will be responsible for arranging the mise en place with fresh items to guarantee a smooth service to our guests. During the breakfast hours you will work at the omelet station and during the lunch times you will prepare dishes from the a la carte menu. As a Breakfast Chef in the Renaissance you will be able to develop yourself and gain a lot of experience in an international environment. 

​​Your day will consist of…

• Working at the omelet station and preparing omelets according to the guests wishes 
• Coordinate with the Restaurant Team to ensure that breakfast buffet is replenished
• Preparing and cooking according to recipes, quality standards and presentation standards
• Ensuring that any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef
• Advising the guests about ingredients and allergies 
• Sharing your knowledge in the kitchen to your colleagues

• Have experience in a similar position
• Are guest oriented and like contact with the guests. We aim to provide excellent guest service
• Are a team player
• Have a good command of the Dutch and English languages
• Are flexible. You can work on both weekdays and weekends in different shifts
