As Marketing Manager you will be part of the Commercial Department and report to the Commercial Director. As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the promotion of the hotel, the facilities and services to the general public, customers, and the community. You would also be responsible for gaining positive exposure for the Hotel, as well as building a solid presence in the market by maintaining a good relationship with the press and the local community. The below listed responsibilities are examples of tasks you will be required to complete:

To summarize, your main missions are:

• Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive marketing, advertising and Public Relations plan including media planning as well as creative/visuals.
• Budgeting and managing hotel’s marketing cost in order to generate the best ROI for hotel.
• Work closely across all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required.
• Manage and promote the hotel on Hilton branded websites & third parties websites.
• Work within marketing budgets by using resources effectively.
• Work with local partners and develop new partnerships to bring the different outlets to life and offer new experiences.
• Development of sales tools for the sales team
  (print and digital media, customer gifts).
• Animation of the hotel's social networks: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• CRM: animation of the customer database (restaurants, gift vouchers) via occasional newsletters.
• Participation in the writing of press releases and press kits.
• Supervision of photo shoots and filming.
• Organization of press trips.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the marketing department, ideally in the hotel/restaurant industry.
• Mastery of the Office Pack, Canva, Worpress, Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop (Adobe), Inshot are a plus.
• You have a great capacity to manage projects and you have strong communication skills.
• You are creative and have high-level writing skills in both Dutch and English.
• You are open-minded and have good interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, while multi-tasking and delivering work on time
