The Team

The Integrated Media team consists of 20+ digital Marketers , Analysts , data scientists and automation specialists who are responsible fo r strategizing and executing full funnel paid media campaign across Europe , in house . The team sits at the intersection between Marketing, E-Com, r etail , and external partners. The team is based in our Amsterdam headquarter and has 3 key objective s :

  • Increase brand visibility & consideration in the markets.

  • Drive traffic and sales

  • Be a pro-active business partner with all stakeholders, internal and external.

The Position

We are looking for a Marketing science, strategy and Planning Sn A nalyst . You will sit in the Integrated media team within the Marketing Science , Strategy & Planning function and will be the go-to resource regarding brand marketing data quality , reporting and insights .

 
You will have a central role within the integrated media team, in close collaboration with the media strategis t and activation team, focusing on our advertising efforts in the upper and mid funnel, developing actionable, data-driven insights for optimization of our campaigns and understanding the impact of creative and investment on demand generation , a s well as top line revenue.

You will also be digging into the data to monitor and ensure consistency of naming conventions, as well as clean and transform data sets. This will be done to deliver key integrated media dashboards.

All t hese efforts will lead to an increase in the health and comprehensiveness of our digital datasets.

Objectives

  • Data quality: Be the data steward for brand media: ensuring high quality data through naming consistency, data cleaning as well as data transformations. In doing so you will ensure data flows in accurately to fulfill insights and reporting needs

  • Data visualization and a nalysis : From building target tracking dashboards, to d evelop ing campaign analyses (from data to insights) in collaboration with the media team ,

  • Communication and Presentation : effectively translate data into insights that the integrated team will use for activation purposes in upper and mid funnel campaigns (social/display/ out of home )

 
Responsibilities  

  • Full-funnel campaign tracking, optimization, and reporting.

  • Collect, clean and organize data from various sources such as social media , display, video , out of home as well customer databases.

  • Use programming languages (Python/SQL) to manipulate and analyze data.

  • Create reports and visualizations with a focus on digital marketing brand metrics (using reporting tools such as Funnel, Google Analytics/Adobe )

  • Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that can provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to and inform digital marketing strategy.

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company's data analysis efforts are effective and efficient.

  • Contribute to testing roadmaps across channels working with relevant stakeholders across the business.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a fast-paced D2C brand, digital a gency or integrated media marketing environment.

  • A nalytical, technical and skilled in communication. a ble to explain and translate consumer data analysis into relevant media insights.

  • Areas of expertise should include dashboarding, marketing analytics, data analysis , data cleaning , as well as a n understanding of ad tech and how data flows into sy s tems.

  • Intellectually curious and entrepreneurial mentality.

  • A detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative eye, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
