Our successful Restaurant Manager aims to deliver excellent service to our guests together with their team. As a Restaurant Manager you will guide the team during the opening hours of our Signature Restaurant, which include breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will mainly collaborate with the Kitchen department and Front Office and you will be knowledgeable about the hotel's products and facilities. Lastly, you will be responsible for purchasing and selling our food and beverage products, taking care of ordering items and implement ideas.

Your day will consist of...

• Managing, motivating, guiding, and developing the team to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests
• Creating an exciting and motivating working environment with strong commitment within the team
• Implementing ideas to improve our Signature restaurant
• Creating new menus
• Stock control and ordering missing items from our suppliers
• Responsible for achieving the highest customer satisfaction following the Brand Standards
• Presenting and active participating in management meeting 
• Recording transactions in the Micros system
• Opening or closing a shift

You…

• Have a passion for Hospitality and Food & Beverage
• Are guest oriented and like contact with the guests. We aim to provide excellent guest service
• Are a team player and can lead the team according to Brand Standards 
• Can communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch (any additional language is a plus)
• Have a minimum of 3 years F&B operations experience in a F&B department preferably supervisory role
• Have an operational mind-set and share innovative ideas to increase guest and employee satisfaction
• Are organized and structured 
• Are ready to take on challenges to further develop yourself and your team
