In this role, you will be responsible for delivering attentive service at its finest, creating memorable guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Greeting and attending to guests with a warm yet polished approach | Assisting in order-taking and serving beverages and dishes in accordance with Trattoria Graziella's service protocols | Upholding cleanliness and organization standards in the workplace | Actively coordinating with the team to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery | Attentively addressing guest requirements and inquiries | Cultivating a welcoming and hospitable ambiance in the restaurant.

Who You Are
An incredibly enthusiastic team player with an immense passion for hospitality | Experienced in Food & Beverage serivce operations (+5years)|Flexible in your availability| Possesses outstanding communication skills and consistently prioritizes customer satisfaction | Flexible and prepared to excel in a dynamic setting | Attentive to detail and fully dedicated to delivering exceptional service | Thrives under pressure and excels at multitasking.

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a hospitality hero or serving champion | Basic wine knowledge is a nice-to-have.
