About the role As a Web analyst within the user behavior analytics team, you will handle all data and help generate insights on our customer's behavior within the app and web. Together with your team, you will build the basics and further scale the measurement datasets to turn them into actionable insights. You will own the metrics such as Conversion rate, Funnel forward rates, in-product behavior and ensure accessible insights for the company, proactively monitor this for outliers, and give recommendations. You’ll provide the metric framework for your stakeholders and ensure adoption by - for example - training and community building. You are supporting but also being that critical element to bring the company to the next level. You work with the other members in the analytics teams of the JET organization, which is set up in a hub and spoke model with teams within the various functions to ensure local agility but with a central governance setup from the central analytics organization. Your primary stakeholder will be the consumer product teams and marketing teams embedded within the business functions in JET In this varied role, we’re counting on you to: Understand app and web tracking schema, have a solid experience with event and attribute level datasets and tracking methodologies Conduct comprehensive analysis of website and app performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to uncover actionable insights. Apply statistical methodologies and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and derive meaningful insights to enable data driven decision-making Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management. Utilize Google BigQuery and our internal orchestrator platforms to create and maintain data sets that support sophisticated analytics and reporting capabilities. Act as a liaison between the marketing, product teams and DnA (data and analytics), facilitating communication, collaboration, and understanding of business objectives and data requirements . Can you deliver Here are the skills we need from our new teammate: The ideal candidate will approach challenges with optimism, maintain a solutions-oriented mindset, and contribute to a supportive and collaborative team environment Experience in analytics role with experience in web analytics Fluency in SQL, Python or any data mining language along with super visualization skills.
