Van der Valk Hotel Venlo is looking for an enthusiastic Chef de cuisine to strengthen our team within the Kitchen department. As Chef de cuisine you will be responsible for creating and serving highquality dishes to our guests.

Job requirements

What will you do

As Chef de cuisine at Van der Valk Hotel Venlo you will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team to provide excellent service
  • Develop and implement new menus and dishes
  • Ensuring an efficient and organised kitchen operation
  • Control the quality and presentation of dishes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Job requirements Chef de Cuisine

As a Chef de Cuisine at Van der Valk Hotel Venlo there are a number of key job requirements you must meet:

  • You have a minimum of 3 years experience as Chef de Cuisine in a similar environment.
  • You have extensive knowledge of different kitchen techniques and cooking styles.
  • You have a passion for cooking and are always up to date with the latest culinary trends.
  • You have leadership skills and can motivate and manage a team of chefs.
  • You are stressresistant and can perform well under pressure.
  • You have an eye for detail and always strive for the highest quality.
  • You are flexible and willing to work evenings weekends and public holidays.
  • You have good communication skills and can work well with other departments.
  • You have a completed education in cooking or similar.
