We are seeking people, who support the Fulfilment Operations Team Leader in daily running of different parts of the fulfilment unit operations as part of the development assignment. You have an collaborative approach and ability to build relationships. You have proven high organizational and communicational skills and ability to work in a structured way with speed and simplicity. You have proven ability to deliver the results when dealing with the unknown and adapting to changes in Fulfilment Operations as well as ability to respond to business and customer needs by providing effective solutions within the area of responsibility. As Fulfilment Operations Coordinator you: Support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus. Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and secure proper training across function. Are responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, in order to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations. Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed. As Fulfilment Operations coordinator you are part of CFF Unit team, and will report to the Fulfilment Operations teamleader.
