About the Role
The Paid Ads Marketing Analyst will manage the advertising strategy budgets of a brand in media channels content creation data analysis reporting and optimization of campaigns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Manage Apple Search Ads campaigns for a portfolio of apps including launching campaigns for new apps and optimizing bidding over time.
- Launch and optimize Google Ads campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
- Develop and scale Facebook Ads campaigns and ad sets to enhance app visibility and drive performance.
- Test new channels such as TikTok and LinkedIn.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze performance data across all advertising platforms and provide strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Design and implement experiments to test new strategies audiences and creative assets
Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with the creative team to build new creative assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Provide insights and feedback based on data analysis to refine creative strategies and improve ad performance.
Reporting and Insights:
- Create comprehensive performance reports highlighting key metrics and insights to inform stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices; apply new insights to improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience creating managing and scaling digital ad campaigns on one or more of the major platforms( Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager Apple Search Ads and TikTok Ads).
- Driven by a passion for uncovering innovative tactics and tools to stay ahead of the curve. Thrives on experimenting and optimizing for exceptional performance.
- Strong quantitative and data analysis skills are necessary.
- Ability to quickly synthesize data to make informed campaign decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and experience working in a team environment.
- Technical university degree in engineering mathematics computer science statistics information systems accounting or a related quantitative field is a huge plus.
