About the vacancy

In your role as global Azure lead, you will be responsible for creating the NewCold Azure strategy. Build Azure services and guide the transition of workloads to the Azure cloud. During this move, a high level of automation in the new Azure setup needs to be achieved.

What will you do?

• Design, build and support (Azure) cloud infrastructure services
• Design and implement delivery pipelines and automate migration processes
• Design and execute the transformation and contribute to the blueprints and ways of working
• Design Tactical/Strategical advisory on complex (hybrid) cloud architectures

Who are we looking for?

You must have:

• Good communication skills
• The ability to adopt new technologies fast
• Solid understanding of architecture, networking design principles and (cloud) security frameworks
• CI/CD experience, preferably using Azure DevOps
• Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Infrastructure-as-code using ARM templates Experience with:
• Experience with setting up an CCoE, Cloud Landing Zones and/or Adoption Frameworks
• Azure AD - B2B, Service Principals, Managed Identity
• Azure IaaS - VMs, VNET, Firewall, Application Gateway
• Azure PaaS - App Service, Function Apps, Key Vault, SQL
• Azure Hybrid cloud setups
• Container workloads with Kubernetes (AKS)
• Supporting and guiding other DevOps teams
