Director of Marketing and Communications

Your Role

The Director of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication plans to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business growth. As a key Leadership Team member, you will take the lead in developing the communications around our company strategy and the positioning together with the Executive Committee and the Leadership Committee. Next to that you will be responsible for crisis management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in marketing, internal communications, branding, public relations, media relations, digital marketing communications, and crisis communications.

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

• Develop and implement comprehensive (corporate) communication strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
• Support MarCom activities in the BUs by the corporate team on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Support marketing and communication activities in the BUs on digital, social media, design.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's brand image and reputation.
• Lead the development of compelling content for marketing materials, website, social media, and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing & communication efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing and communications professionals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and stakeholders.
• Support MarCom in the BU's by central resources in digital, social media, design etc.
